Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

Please read these terms carefully — they govern your use of the CoreX digital marketplace and every purchase you make.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoreX, a digital marketplace for gift cards, game top-ups, subscriptions, software and vouchers. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using CoreX on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date so that we can deliver digital codes correctly.

3. Digital Products

All products sold on CoreX are digital. Once a purchase is completed, the redeemable code or credit is delivered electronically to your account and email. Region restrictions, expiry dates and platform requirements are shown on each product page — please review them before buying.

4. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may be converted from US dollars using indicative exchange rates. The amount charged is the price shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before a purchase is completed.

5. Payments & Wallet

You may pay with supported cards, digital wallets, or your CoreX wallet balance. Wallet top-ups are added instantly and can be used toward any eligible purchase. By submitting payment you authorise us and our processors to charge the applicable amount, including any fees disclosed at checkout.

6. Delivery

Most digital codes are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. Occasionally delivery may be delayed for fraud review or during high demand. If a code is not delivered, contact support with your order reference and we will investigate promptly.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our products are digital, refunds are limited. Unredeemed codes may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a code has been revealed or redeemed it is generally non-refundable. Wallet balances may be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days where required by law.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse CoreX, including by committing fraud, reselling codes in violation of brand terms, using bots or scrapers, attempting to access other accounts, or circumventing region restrictions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

CoreX and its logos, content and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Brand names and trademarks of third-party products belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them except as necessary to enjoy a purchased product.

10. Disclaimers

CoreX is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CoreX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions can be directed to legal@corex.shop. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
